At Fort Worth-based Kemp Logistic Solutions LLC (formerly Kemp & Sons General Services), we have established ourselves as a leader in the region’s commercial cleaning sector. Founded in 1972 by Jesse Kemp with only $10, the cornerstone of the company was hard work. That hard work resulted in serving one of Fort Worth’s major landmarks, Billy Bob’s Texas. 

This once part-time venture continued to grow over the years and in the late 1990’s there was a generational shift in the company’s vision and leadership. The founder’s middle son, Larry, took over leadership of the company. 

Not only did the company secure several business certifications and small business designations, it began to pursue much larger contracting opportunities in the federal sector. A combination of past work performances and a knack for fostering business ties helped the company grow beyond its owners’ wildest dreams. In a short period of time, revenues grew 18-fold, with company growth and expansion leading to major successes in the business sector.  

Over the years, the company was recognized by Harvard Business School on two separate occasions and has won countless awards. Company leaders have been featured in articles in Forbes, Fortune, Inc. Magazines, CNN Money, and several print media outlets in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
